The cost of translating one page usually ranges from just a few zlotys to over PLN 100. The price de-pends primarily on the language pair. Translations to or from languages such as English or German are generally less expensive than translations to or from languages such as Indonesian or Japanese.
One billing page of a standard or specialist translation consists of 1,800 characters including spaces. For sworn translations in Poland, one translated page is legally defined as 1,125 characters including spaces.

In many cases, translations prepared by a Polish sworn translator are accepted by authorities and institutions outside Poland, particularly within the European Union.
However, requirements vary between countries and institutions. To avoid unnecessary delays or costs, we recommend checking the requirements directly with the institution that will receive the translation.
If necessary, we can also arrange for a translator who holds the required professional authorisation in the destination country.

Short documents in commonly requested languages can often be completed by the next business day.
Longer specialist documents and translations involving less commonly requested languages, such as Georgian or Korean, may require several days.

Standard translations can be delivered by email. The same applies to sworn translations signed elec-tronically by the translator using a qualified electronic signature.
Sworn translations bearing the translator’s traditional stamp and signature can be collected from the office where the order was placed. We can also send them by post, courier, or to an InPost parcel locker.
Please note that some institutions still require sworn translations in traditional paper form.
