Order translation

It is extremely easy to establish cooperation, which may yield results for many years. We work according to the principle of minimum formalities and maximum satisfaction.

Ordering via the Internet – step by step.

You can perform any translation without leaving the comfort of your home, your office or even your smartphone while on a walk or a tram. It is easy to place an order, just follow 2 steps:

1. Send your text for free valuation
(fill-out our form).

Within 3 hours* we will send you the price and completion date (usually the next day) information for the translation by e-mail.
* if you send your order before 2 p.m. on a business day, otherwise we perform the cost valuation by midday the following working day.

2. Make your payment.
This can be done through the Internet – bank transfer or credit card – details.

Regular clients pay upon receipt of the translation.
Standard translations in the most popular languages are available on the following working day (see lead times).

How to send texts for valuation and translation:

Sworn translations – scan the document and save it in .jpg or .pdf format, make sure all the stamps and handwritten texts are legible.
Other translations – save the text file in .doc, .rtf or .txt format or, in the case of scanned documents if you do not have OCR optical character recognition in .jpg or .pdf format.

3. You will receive regular translations by e-mail
and sworn translations by post (registered) .

Before sending the letter with the certified translation, we can send it by e-mail in the form of a scan. Alternatively, you can pick it up at any of our offices in one of the 4 cities. You can choose the method of collection in the pricing form or by contacting one of our branches.
