Privacy policy – information clause on the processing of clients’ personal data
Under Article 13(1) and (2) of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection and processing of personal data (“GDPR”), please be advised that if you place an order with the mTlumaczenia.pl group, we are the Data Controller of your personal data.
If you only receive a quote without an order confirmation, your personal data will not be processed in any way.

- Purposes of processing.
Please be advised that the Controller will process your personal data for the purposes of:
– Concluding and performing the contract, providing services resulting thereof and handling possible complaints,
– Marketing in the form of an e-mail newsletter sent no more often than once every 4 months until your consent is withdrawn,
– Data processing for tax and accounting activities,
– Complying with other legal obligations by the Administrator.
- The provision of data is not obligatory.
The Controller may require you to provide the following personal data to conclude and perform the contract: name and surname, company and business address, numbers in relevant registers (Tax ID), contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), bank account number.
The provision of the above data is not obligatory, but necessary to conclude a contract; in the absence of such data, it may be impossible to perform the contract.
- Recipients.
To achieve the purposes mentioned above, the Administrator may share your data with the following categories of recipients: the Controller’s employees and associates, including translators. Your data can also be accessed by the Controller’s subcontractors, in particular accounting and IT companies.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Duration of Processing.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and after its termination for:
– 1 year, to address possible complaints or if you wish to place a similar order,
– 5 years, to fulfil the obligations under the law (Accounting Act),
– Marketing purposes until the consent is withdrawn.
- Rights.
You have the right to access the content of your personal data, to correct, delete and restrict its processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law.
- Safety.
We attach great importance to ensuring the security of the information you provide. To prevent third parties from accessing or disclosing information, we employ physical, electronic and organizational procedures that protect the information we collect.
